Responsibilities:

• Engineer and Design machines and change parts
• Employ engineering disciplines that promote design for manufacturability.
• Evaluate and maintain process documentation protocols for engineering and manufacturing
• Pursue Quality Control Processes that improve engineering and manufacturing protocols
• Pursue engineering excellence using continuous improvement processes and programs
• Maintain reliable standards, routings, and methods protocols for manufacturing processes
• Design Life Cycle Costing disciplines that focus on front–end engineering
• Maintain dependable and accurate BOM processes
• Maintain organizational structures that promote effective cooperation between engineering and manufacturing
• Maintain engineering load management and project schedules
• Provide Engineering Support 24/7 for Field Service Technicians
  

Skills and abilities:

1) Degree: BS in Mechanical Engineer and excellent experience
Salary: Competitive and based on experience

2) Must have Pro/E, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MSOffice experience

3) Background in large Portable Power Tools, Automotive Assembly, and Aerospace development would be a big plus.

4) Good interpersonal skills required
